انتقاد شدید آیت الله موسوی اردبیلی از رفتار صورت گرفته در کشور

آیت الله موسوی اردبیلی نسبت به رفتاری خلاف شرع به نام دفاع از حکومت اسلامی هشدار داد
آیت الله عبدالکریم موسوی اردبیلی، از مراجع تقلید شیعه در قم، با صدور بیانیه ای از گسترش آنچه افترا و توهین به افراد خوانده، انتقاد کرده است.
آیت الله موسوی اردبیلی که در دوران رهبری آیت الله خمینی رئیس شورای عالی قضایی، بالاترین مقام قضایی وقت ایران بود، در بیانیه ای ضمن استقبال از قیام های ضدحکومتی در منطقه، از رفتارهای خلاف اخلاق در کشور تحت عنوان دفاع از اسلام و حكومت اسلامی ابراز نگرانی كرد.
آقای موسوی اردبیلی که از مراجع نزدیک به منتقدان حکومت ایران شناخته می شود، این گونه رفتارها را "خلاف شرع، قانون، اخلاق و کرامت انسانی" دانست.
اگرچه آیت الله موسوی اردبیلی در بیانیه خود مصداق معین هشدارش را مشخص نکرده، اما پس از تظاهرات 25 بهمن مخالفان، حمله های لفظی در تریبون های رسمی به میرحسین موسوی و مهدی کروبی افزایش قابل توجهی داشته است.
همزمان، انتقادهایی هم از توهین بعضی از هواداران حکومت به اعضای خانواده های آیت الله خمینی و اکبر هاشمی رفسنجانی، رئیس مجلس خبرگان مطرح شده است.
آقای موسوی اردبیلی در بیانیه خود که بر روی وب سایت رسمی او منتشر شد، گفت: "بر اساس هیچ یک از ضوابط شرعی، توهین و افترا به هیچ فرد و گروهی حتی در صورت اثبات جرم وی در محکمه عادله، جایز نمی باشد."
آیت الله موسوی اردبیلی گفت: "حال آن که در شرایط امروز کشور، ناظر و شاهد تبدیل آن (افترا) به روندی عادی و فراگیر هستیم و هر شخص مسؤول و غیر مسؤولی به خود این اجازه را می دهد که بی پروا به هر فرد و گروهی که خواست اهانت کرده و یا بدون این که جرم وی در دادگاه صالحه ثابت شده و مجازات آن تعیین گردیده باشد، وی را متهم کرده و پیشاپیش حکم آن را نیز صادر نماید و خود را از عواقب آن در امان می بیند."
به گفته آیت الله موسوی اردبیلی، این گونه رفتارها "موجب تشویه سیمای نورانی تعالیم متعالی اسلام در پیش دیگران" می شود.
در هفته های اخیر برخی دیگر از مراجع و چهره های سیاسی نیز نسبت به برخورد حکومت با رهبران مخالفان واکنش نشان داده اند.
آیت الله یوسف صانعی، آیت الله علی محمد دستغیب و آیت الله اسدالله بیات، از مراجع تقلید منتقد، پیش تر در بیانیه های جداگانه ای به رفتار حکومت با میرحسین موسوی و مهدی کروبی و همسران آنها اعتراض کرده بودند.
آیت الله یوسف صانعی در بیانیه ای رفتار حکومت ایران را نشانه درماندگی و ضعف سیاسی آن دانست.
آیت الله بیات زنجانی از دیگر مراجع تقلید و منتقد حکومت ایران نیز در بیانیه از برخورد با "یاران صدیق امام و انقلاب" به "صرف اعتراض" انتقاد کرد.
آیت الله سیدعلی محمد دستغیب دیگر مرجع تقلید و از اعضای مجلس خبرگان نیز در نامه ای خطاب به این مجلس نوشت که باید "به اعتراض های دو کاندیدای ریاست جمهوری آقایان موسوی و کروبی در نزد هیاتی که طرفین دعوی قبول داشته باشند گوش داده شود و بررسی شود و هرچه سریعتر حصر غیرقانونی و غیرشرعی این دو بزرگوار برداشت شود."
